How the ranking works

Each model carries Bambu Lab's published specs in src/data/bambu-printers.json. Your five answers apply additive weights and hard filters: a part bigger than a model's build volume, or ABS/ASA on an open-frame machine, is a hard fail and the model is shown under "ruled out" with the exact reason. Soft factors (budget fit, noise, color count) shift the score so the order reflects your priorities, not ours. Every card states the single deciding spec.

Filament temps, drying schedules and AMS notes live in src/data/bambu-filaments.json, sourced from Bambu Lab's spec sheets and Wiki drying guide (2026-05). Ranges are kept as ranges — brand variance is real; always confirm with a temperature tower. This is decision-support, not a guarantee.
